Cultural control of Pomegranate fruit sucking moth:
- Fallen fruits should be disposed off as they attract the moths.
- Bagging of fruits at small scale is effective.
- Creating smoke in the orchards after sunset.
- Removal of weed plants (Tinospora cardifolia, Cocculus pendules)
- Collection of moths at evening by hand nets
- Use light trap and destroy in kerosenised water
