TMV-9: It is a bunch type of variety, which matures in 105 days. It is suitable to grow under both rains fed as well as irrigated conditions. It has 51 percent oil. Its yield potential is 15-20 quintals per hectare.
TMV-10: It is a semi-spreading variety, which matures in 125 days. It is suitable for rainfed conditions. It has 54 percent oil. Its yield potential is 18-20 quintals per hectare.
M-13: It is a spreading variety with profuse lateral branches and vigorous growth. It is recommended for cultivation in sandy soils. It matures in 125-135 days. Its yield potential is 20-32 quintals per hectare. It has 68 percent, shelling out turn. Seeds are of bold size and contain 49 percent oil.
Kaushal: It is a bunch variety. Foliage is of dark green color. It matures in 108-112 days. Its yield potential is 15-20 quintals per hectare. Seeds are medium in size and contain 49 percent oil. Its shelling percentage is 72. It is also suitable to grow in whole Uttar Pradesh.
