1. registration of agriculture graduate /pg / doctorol 
2. at least agriculture graduate can run agri business
3. organised agriculture market 
4. proper transfer of agriculture knowledge because more than 60 % farmers contact dealers 
5. regulation of pesticide use 
6. quality services to farmers 
7. reduction of working load to state agriculture department
