पत्तियां एकान्तर पिच्छाकार होती हैं और 3 से 7 पर्णको से युक्त होती है। ये 8-12 से.मी. लम्बी, 4-6 से.मी. चौड़ी, चीमड़, आयतरूप दीर्घवृत्ताकार से लेकर भालाकार, अरोमिल और ऊपर से चमकदार गहरे हरे रंग की होती हैं। पत्तियाँ अपने तरूण वृध्दि के बहारों में सुन्दर रक्ताभ कांस्य रंग रखने की प्रवृत्ति रखती हैं।
It is terminal or axillary arising from the axil of first or second upper most leaf of the new shoot. It bears tiny, greenish white or yellowish flowers and is branched racemosely. The inflorescence varies from 10 to 35 cm in length and 5 to 30 cm in spread.
The leaves are alternate, pinnate and petioled with 3 to 7 leaflets. These were 8-12 cm long, 4-6 cm wide, coriaceous, oblong elliptic to lanceolate, glabrous, shiny dark green above and glucescent beneath. The leaves in the young growth flushes tend to have beautiful reddish bronze colour.
यह नए प्ररोह की पहली या दूसरी सर्वोच्च पत्ती के कक्ष से उत्पन्न होने वाला अन्तस्थ या कक्षस्थ कलिका होती है। इस पर बहुत छोटा हरा- सफेद या पीला फूल लगता है और यह शाखितहोता है। पुष्पक्रम लम्बाई में 10-35 से.मी. और विस्तार में 5-30 से.मी. होता है।
