Tassels of maize crop becoming like deadhearts, giving no pollen resulting in zero grainset. How to overcome this?

Dear Mr. Purshottam,
Going by your description this does not seem to be a disease (as you have not mentioned about any signs of physical damage or lesions or rotting) but could be due to physiological stress, generally high temprature above 400C and low moisture.
