Tomato sauce

Sweet sorghum based tomato sauce was prepared using a combination of tomato pulp and sweet sorghum syrup. Approximately 8% of the syrup was used in the product formulation.The product can be consumed as a sauce along with different snack and savoury products (samosa, sandwich, pizza, noodles, pasta, burgers etc.).
